Liverpool have already been one of the busiest teams in the summer transfer window with players both joining and exiting.
And, even though they were one of the most dominant teams in the Premier League last season, they’re still looking for ways to improve their ranks and strengthen their team.
Caoimhin Kelleher is the highest profile name to have exited Anfield already after Giorgi Mamardashvili revealed that he didn’t want to leave Liverpool on loan again in the 2025-26 season.

Seeing as though the transfer window is still young, there’s plenty of time for changes to occur and for the rumour mill to go into overdrive.
Puskas Akademia president says Armin Pecsi has a ‘beautiful future’ ahead of him
One of Liverpool’s more under-the-radar signings this summer is the addition of Armin Pecsi.
The ‘keeper was surprisingly announced as a Liverpool player despite minimal rumours being shared about the Reds’ interest before his arrival.
Speaking to Hungarian outlet Nemzeti Sport, Puskas Akademia president Balazs Toth gave his verdict on how high Pecsi’s ceiling is.
“We have seen year after year during our work that he is a very talented player, and he certainly has a beautiful future ahead of him. In recent times, huge clubs have been interested in him and have cast their nets on him,” he said.

Where Armin Pecsi fits into Arne Slot’s future plans at Liverpool
There’s no denying that Alisson is one of, if not the best, goalkeepers in the world.
The Brazilian has been Liverpool’s number one for a fair few seasons now, and even though he did spend a bit of time on the sidelines last term, there’s still plenty of gas left in his tank.
Mamardashvili is another ‘keeper who Liverpool will have to find some playing time for.
The Georgia international has plied his trade for Valencia for the vast majority of his career and will no doubt be looking to make an impact at Liverpool when called upon.
However, that shouldn’t take anything away from Pecsi, who is an outstanding talent, with his highlight reel speaking for itself.

However, as he’s only 20 years old and will still have plenty of development to go through, he’ll likely be the Reds’ third-choice goalkeeper, behind the aforementioned duo.
Indeed, only time will tell whether this will change throughout the season, but on paper, it feels like signing the Hungarian was a smart piece of business on the Anfield outfit’s behalf.
