Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, according to Shams Charania of ESPN.

Brown battled a lingering knee injury throughout the season, which limited his performance and caused him to miss 19 games. As a result, he fell short of the 65-game threshold required for eligibility for end-of-season awards.
Despite the setback, Brown pushed through the injury during the playoffs, appearing in all 11 games. He averaged 22.1 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 3.9 assists as the Celtics were eliminated in the second round by the New York Knicks.
Fortunately, the procedure is not expected to keep Brown sidelined for long. Per Charania, he's on track to be ready for the start of the 2025–26 training camp.
