Jihaad Campbell signs fully-guaranteed rookie contract

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially locked their top draft pick, Jihaad Campbell, up with his NFL rookie contract.

Campbell and the Eagles came to terms on Wednesday, agreeing to a four-year deal worth $14.9 million in guaranteed money, according to NFL insider, Tom Pelissero.

The former Alabama linebacker enters the NFL after putting up 117 total tackles, including 11.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, two pass breakups and one fumble recovery in his final season for the Crimson Tide.

Campbell is currently recovering from surgery to prepare a torn labrum in his left shoulder.
