The defending Super Bowl champions are making another hire from the college level.
The Philadelphia Eagles are set to hire LSU director of player personnel Preston Tiffany, sources tell 247Sports.
Tiffany, considered one of the rising stars in the college personnel world, had worked at LSU since February 2024 after previously serving as director of player personnel at Ole Miss.
The Eagles had previously hired Georgia assistant quarterbacks coach Montgomery VanGorder as an offensive assistant and UAB executive director of football operations Cole Peterson as special assistant to the head coach.
It's also the third recent loss for LSU from its front office and recruiting department, as director of recruiting communication and external relations Jordan Arcement previously took a job with sports agency Athletes First and Bobby Barham stepped down from his post as assistant director of recruiting.
