Man Utd have released their new home kit for the 2025/26 season and it will be modelled by their summer signings.
Matheus Cunha has been spotted modelling the new Manchester United home shirt ahead of his official unveiling as the first signing of the summer transfer window.
It was announced at the start of the month United have agreed the signing of Cunha from Wolves for his £62.5 million release clause, which will be paid across three instalments. The forward has signed a five-year deal with the option of another year, though there is still some paperwork to be completed before the transfer is completed.
Cunha still has to sort his visa and squad registration before he can be officially unveiled as a United player, both of which were due to be done after he returned from international duty with Brazil. There are not expected to be any issues with his move though, and it looks like he has already posed for photos ahead of the imminent announcement.

Cunha models new Manchester United shirt
Manchester United launched their new home kit for the 2025/26 season on Thursday morning, with a striking red design that is based on Old Trafford. The collar and cuffs are black with white trim, while the sleeves features a bespoke pattern that draws inspiration from their iconic home stadium. The words ‘Theatre of Dreams’ are on the neck of the home shirt.
The official imagery that accompanied the release showcased first-team stars such as Bruno Fernandes and Amad Diallo modelling the kit. Ayden Heaven and Kobbie Mainoo also featured prominently in the showcase, with the academy duo both set to play a key role at the club next season.
A post on social media then showed Matheus Cunha wearing the home shirt in leaked imagery from the club's official magazine, that has not yet been released. United have not yet completed the signing of the Wolves forward, but have already conducted media duties with the star that are due to be released once the deal has been signed off.
As soon as Cunha receives his visa and the deal is registered with the Premier League, United will publish an in-depth interview with the Brazilian, along with images from the day he signed his contract.
