Man United have 2 players on radar to replace Andre Onana

Man United keeper Andre Onana has been heavily linked with exit. The Red Devils have 2 players on their radar to replace the Cameroon international. One of them has already proved himself in Premier League.

Andre Onana joined United in summer 2023. The Red Devils paid hefty transfer fee to sign him from Inter Milan. At that time, the Cameroon international helped the Serie A side to reach Champions League final. He joined United with great hopes but the move has not went as per plans for both club and player.

Onana has not been able to impress at Old Trafford. He has made multiple errors which have costed the Red Devils. United are said to move-on from him this summer. The player wants to stay and fight for his spot but the final decision will not entirely be his. Hence, the club has been linked with multiple keepers.

Man United linked with 2 in-form keepers

According to Ben Jacobs, United have added Marcin Bulka to their goalkeeper wishlist. He is 25 year old Polish keeper who plays for OGC Nice. The player had a superb season with Ligue 1 side which has attracted interest from top clubs. Moving to Premier League will be a big step up in Bulka’s career.

Bulka played all 34 league games for Nice this season. He was able to register 8 clean sheets and 121 saves. His save percentage was 74.7% which is far better than Onana. Lastly, the 25 year old was also able to save 1 penalty from the 3 faced.

Jacobs then added that United are also showing interest in Emi Martinez. The Aston Villa keeper has been heavily linked with exit this summer. He was emotional in his last game suggesting that the rumours have lot more to them. United will surely face competition from multiple others for the Villa star.
