Year in and year out, late-round gems lead fantasy football teams to glory. These sleepers for fantasy football 2025 will likely outperform ADP and can be picked outside the top 100 players in drafts. Whether it’s a new role, a new coaching staff, or an opportunity, these players are great options.
Note: Each of these players are outside the top-100 in ADP for 1QB drafts in 2025.
Sleepers for 2025 Fantasy Football Drafts
Trevor Lawrence – QB Jacksonville Jaguars
The addition of Liam Coen can’t go understated. Lawrence has dealt with Urban Meyer and a coaching staff that didn’t utilize Brian Thomas until after Lawrence was already injured. Now he’ll get layup opportunities at the goal line, a more creative rushing attack, and a WR2 with some serious talent in Travis Hunter. Baker Mayfield had a career high in rushing attempts in 2024, with easier scramble lanes and 18 designed runs over the season.
Fantasy football managers are drafting Lawrence outside the top 12 quarterbacks. With a new OC, more rushing opportunities, and an upgraded environment, Lawrence is the perfect late-round QB target.
Ray Davis – RB Buffalo Bills
With James Cook’s contract dispute still in the air, Davis might be more than just a backup this year. Yes, Cook is likely to stay in Buffalo and be the starter for the season. However, Davis showed that he could be the clear 1b in 2024, and if the undersized Cook misses any time in 2025, Davis will be the lead back in one of the best offenses in the country.
In the only game Cook missed in 2024, Davis was the RB13 and had over 20 carries. For teams who miss on RB early, or want a lottery ticket for later in the season, Davis is one of the solid sleepers for fantasy football 2025.
Cedric Tillman – WR Cleveland Browns
As the Browns sift through their own quarterback situation, Tillman was a sneaky winner from the 2025 NFL draft. The team didn’t address pass catchers outside of a day two tight end, and this team is projected to be awful. As the team is playing from behind, Tillman will earn plenty of targets. David Njoku and Jerry Jeudy are the top two options. But Tillman could still end up with 100 targets and is outside the top 150 picks in fantasy football.
Touchdowns and big plays will be hard to come by, but volume alone makes Tillman an exciting option in PPR leagues.

Hunter Henry – TE New England Patriots
Who is the Patriots wide receiver one? Stefon Diggs? Kyle Williams? While other drafters try to find that answer, Hunter Henry is going underappreciated. He set a career high in targets in 2024, and year two of Drake Maye should be better. Every other tight end with over 90 targets last year is going multiple rounds ahead of Henry. If the offense takes a step forward, Henry can have a pseudo-Zach Ertz type of season. If it doesn’t, he’s still a low-end TE1 or a streaming option you can draft for free.
