Louis Riddick Believes Rookie QB Isn’t Getting Enough Attention

The 2025 NFL season might be a few months away, but fans are already getting a glimpse of how their team might perform.

Fans of the Tennessee Titans are particularly excited by the presence of quarterback Cam Ward, the No. 1 overall pick from the 2025 NFL Draft.

Yet, ESPN analyst Louis Riddick recently questioned why there hasn’t been much coverage of Ward so far.

“He’s probably one of the least hyped No. 1 overall picks that we’ve talked about in a long time,” Riddick said, via NFL on ESPN.

Ward might not have been as highly touted as fellow No. 1 picks Trevor Lawrence or Caleb Williams, which might be why there isn’t as much coverage of him in his early days with the Titans.

The coverage that is out there is encouraging to fans, as it seems like Ward is settling into his role nicely.

His coaches have sung his praises, and it appears his teammates like what they see as well.

The Titans have been seeking a new quarterback to get some consistency under center, and if Ward delivers, he’ll be a hero to the franchise.
