Tottenham are the latest team to show an interest in Manchester City transfer target Morgan Gibbs-White, according to reports.
The Nottingham Forest midfielder was being considered by Pep Guardiola’s side as a potential replacement for Kevin De Bruyne, while Chelsea are said to have looked into signing the player too.
However, the Daily Mail claim that Gibbs-White could also be pursued by Spurs, who are seeking to reinforce their options in the middle of the park.

Cherki’s signing is a gamble for Man City
The arrival of Rayan Cherki from Lyon for a fee just over £30m means that the Manchester side are unlikely to compete with rival Premier League teams for Gibbs-White.
While Cherki undoubtedly has the talent to succeed at the Etihad, there are still big question marks about his work rate and attitude.
It will be fascinating to see whether Guardiola can get the most out of him. If he can, then the Cityzens may have secured themselves a bargain.

Director of Football Hugo Viana was extremely busy prior to the Club World Cup transfer deadline on Tuesday. The club confirmed the arrivals of Cherki, Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait-Nouri and Marcus Bettinelli within the space of 24 hours.
City’s business for the summer is by no means complete. Finding a replacement for Kyle Walker remains a top priority, although it remains to be seen whether they can convince Newcastle to part ways with primary target Tino Livramento.
A goalkeeper could also be brought in but that transfer may still depend on what happens with Ederson. The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a switch to the Middle East.
