West Ham look set for a busy summer in the transfer market as they look to recover from a hugely disappointing season.
Graham Potter took the reins in East London following Julen Lopetegui’s disastrous stint, but has so far been unable to drastically alter the Irons’ fortunes.
Several additions are needed this summer if they are to push towards the top half of the Premier League table next term, but Potter must work against the backdrop of West Ham’s PSR concerns.

The midfielder is one of several youngsters who are held in extremely high regard at the London Stadium, and Potter could be keen to integrate him into the first-team squad ahead of next season.
However, if he is available for loan, then Leicester Mercury journalist Jordan Blackwell wrote (12 June, pg. 46) that he’d like to see the Foxes chase a deal for Earthy.

Jhon Duran is available for West Ham pursuit
West Ham could finally have the opportunity to sign Jhon Duran again, this time from Al-Nassr.
The Hammers had been interested in the Colombian frontman last summer, but were ultimately unable to strike a deal with Aston Villa for his signature.
Now it is understood that Duran could be allowed to depart on loan, after he has struggled with personal issues in Saudi Arabia.
Duran was thought to have been keen on a move to West Ham in the past, and he could be an effective way for David Sullivan to begin repairing his relationship with supporters.

Lucas Paqueta reacts as Manchester City confirm signing
West Ham star Lucas Paqueta has been at the centre of plenty of transfer speculation recently, amid suggestions that he could be set for a move to Manchester City.
Paqueta is also waiting on the outcome of his spot-fixing hearing, but has denied any wrongdoing.
Suggestions of a potential City deal for the Brazilian midfielder have seemingly now ceased, given that the Citizens have confirmed the signing of his former Lyon teammate Rayan Cherki.
Paqueta responded to the news by liking City’s announcement of the signing on Instagram.
Door opens for West Ham to sign Djordje Petrovic
West Ham’s interest in Djordje Petrovic has been handed a major boost, as Chelsea have confirmed their squad for the upcoming Club World Cup.
The Blues have opted to leave the Serbian, who spent the season on loan at Strasbourg, out of their 35-man unit for the tournament, alongside several other players who also spent the season away.
The West London outfit’s decision has now left the door open for West Ham to push forward with their interest in Petrovic, with the 25-year-old shotstopper expected to be left to decide whether he wants to play regular football.
