Manchester United's bustling summer continues, with Matheus Cunha's switch from Wolves now sealed.
The Brazilian has been snapped up in a £62.5million deal, marking the first fresh face at Old Trafford under Ruben Amorim's inaugural summer window. Amorim's squad have already bid farewell to a handful of seasoned pros this summer, as revealed in their released and retained lists.
Cunha is unlikely to be the sole new recruit, however. Despite missing out on Champions League - or indeed any UEFA competition - Amorim's side have a war chest ready for action. United are also bracing for a raft of departures as they gear up to generate cash for more new signings. Bruno Fernandes might be staying put, but it could be a different tale for the likes of Marcus Rashford and Antony.
Here are Daily Star Sport's Friday morning snippets from around Old Trafford.

"It is hard to put into words my feelings about becoming a Manchester United player," beamed Cunha. "Ever since I was a child in Brazil watching Premier League games on TV at my grandmother's house, United was my favourite English team and I dreamed of wearing the red shirt.
"I want to thank my family and everyone who has helped me make that dream a reality. I can't wait for the start of pre-season to get to know my teammates and prepare for the season ahead."

Borussia Dortmund chief Sebastian Kehl has poured cold water on the rumours of a Jadon Sancho return, reports the Mirror.
"Of course, contact with Jadon is always there, in some way, because we have a very long history," Kehl said as Dortmund gear up for their Club World Cup stint.
"But it's not an issue for us right now," Kehl added. "We have other priorities at the moment and that's why the Sancho issue was probably played up more in the media than discussed internally."

Mason Greenwood is set to join forces with Angel Gomes at Marseille in the upcoming season. The duo, who cut their teeth at Old Trafford as teens, are both heading for a stint in France.
While this marks Greenwood's maiden voyage into Ligue 1, Gomes has already had a taste of French football with rivals Lille. After five seasons and over 100 league appearances with Les Dogues, he's now bound for Stade Velodrome having agreed terms in principle.

Gomes earned his first senior England cap whilst at Lille, getting the nod from interim manager Lee Carsley in 2024. Greenwood, too, has donned the Three Lions jersey, but has since pledged his international future to Jamaica.
