AC Milan sent a representative to the UK earlier this week to hold talks with Arsenal about Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior, according to reports in Italy.
Gazzetta Dello Sport claim that a close confidant of sporting director Igli Tare was “in London” on Tuesday for a meeting with the Gunners.

Zinchenko is expected to leave the Emirates this summer, having only had a bit part role last season following the arrival of Riccardo Calafiori and the emergence of Myles Lewis-Skelly.
Gazzetta report that Milan are hopeful of securing the Ukrainian international’s signature for around €15m (£12.75m).
What is the situation with Kiwior?
The Polish centre-back featured prominently in the last couple of months of the campaign after Gabriel picked up a serious hamstring injury.
Kiwior impressed with his performances, prompting many to reassess his ability. The defender had been touted to leave in past transfer windows but there are now suggestions that manager Mikel Arteta would like him to stay at the Emirates.
However, it is up for debate whether the centre-half shares those sentiments. When Gabriel returns to fitness next season, he is likely to find himself back on the bench, so he may be open to a move to the San Siro.
Arsenal are keen on signing a Milan player
German journalist Christian Falk has confirmed that the Gunners do hold a serious interest in Rafael Leao. It is very likely that sporting director Andrea Berta discussed the Portuguese international’s availability with Milan’s representative on Tuesday.
As it stands, though, no offers have been made for Zinchenko, Kiwior or Leao. Be that as it may, the fact that formal discussions have taken place means it is a situation to keep a close eye on.
