Brittany Mahomes, wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, had plenty of advice to dole out for new moms in her latest appearance on the ‘Whoop’ podcast. Brittany, who is a mom of three children, had plenty of suggestions and life advice for all mothers out there, especially those who have become moms newly.
Brittany has three children with Patrick Mahomes after getting married to the quarterback back in 2022. Their youngest child was born earlier this year and the couple recently made a face reveal through a family portrait.
“For new moms, I would just say, like, don’t forget about yourself. I think that’s a big one. Don’t forget that you’re still a human, and you still need to show up every day for yourself as well as your kid. And so, if you’re not in the best mental physical state that you can be, it’s very hard to parent and keep up with someone else.” Brittany Mahomes advised new moms in her latest appearance on the ‘Whoop’ podcast.
Brittany Mahomes has been pretty open about both the positives and challenges of parenting that she has experienced with her three children. The former college-level soccer player also recently revealed that she is trying to get back in shape and has started working out and following a healthier lifestyle.

In the same podcast episode, Brittany Mahomes was also asked if she would be okay with expanding her family with her husband, Patrick Mahomes. However, it seems like Brittany Mahomes is okay with three children as of now but also remarked that there might be a possibility of more kids someday.

Brittany Mahomes Reveals Sleep Hack During Pregnancy
Brittany Mahomes was churning out life hacks one after the other during her latest appearance on the ‘Whoop’ podcast. The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback’s wife also opened up about the challenges that she went through in her latest pregnancy with Golden Raye. Apparently, one issue that came up was that she could not sleep as well having two other children running around.

However, Brittany Mahomes found a way around with taking naps whenever her two kids lay down to sleep. She also mentioned that she definitely does not like to be pregnant and perhaps her easiest pregnancy was with Sterling, her oldest kid. According to the QB’s wife, sleep is one of her top priorities in life and that she never compromises on that.
