Buffalo Bills minicamp Day 3 observations: Dalton Kincaid has breakout performance

Orchard Park, N.Y. — Few [Buffalo Bills](https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/) players have received as much criticism from fans and media this offseason as third-year tight end [Dalton Kincaid](https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2025/05/bills-dalton-kincaid-details-his-offseason-work-and-mission-to-get-stronger-ahead-of-year-3.html).

The former first-round pick had a statistical dropoff in his sophomore season but spent a good portion of the year dealing with a partially torn PCL in his left knee. Bills general manager Brandon Beane made it clear that the tight end he traded up to get in 2023 didn’t have the year the team expected.
