Barcelona boss Hansi Flick is reportedly keen to bring Thiago Alcantara back onto his coaching staff for next season.

He was tipped to return during the campaign but that didn’t end up happening.
Yet we could see Thiago back with the squad soon. According to Jijantes, Flick has met with Thiago to discuss a return in Formentera.
Flick invited Thiago to join him and his coaching staff at the Balearic Island for a few days, and it seems the former Barcelona star is open to coming back home.
Thiago was full of praise for Flick’s side after their thrilling Clasico win in May that helped seal the league title.

It would be no surprise to see Thiago come back again in time for the new season, although it seems talks are still taking place to define the exact role he would fill on Flick’s team.
