Pacers Get Unfortunate Caitlin Clark News on Friday

The NBA Finals are all tied up now. This is after the Oklahoma City Thunder secured a crucial 111-104 win on Friday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse to reclaim home-court advantage in this series.

The Finals will now shift back to OKC for Game 5 on Monday, tied at 2-2, and with the Thunder playing in front of a capacity crowd at Paycom Center.

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark was in attendance again for Friday's game as she continues to cheer for the Pacers in their quest for their first-ever NBA championship. Indiana entered Game 4 with an 8-0 record in the NBA playoffs with Clark in attendance. However, their unbeaten streak came to an end after Friday's disappointing loss.

Clark has proven to be the Pacers' lucky charm in the postseason, but it appears that their fortune ran out on Friday night. Nevertheless, an 8-1 record is still undeniably impressive.

The bad news, though, is that Clark won't be able to watch Game 6 in Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday. The Fever have a road game scheduled the following day against the Golden State Valkyries, which only means that Clark won't be in Indianapolis for what will be the Pacers' final home game this season.

If the Pacers win in Oklahoma City in Game 5, then they could potentially close out the series at home in Game 6. Regardless of the outcome of that pivotal matchup, however, the fact of the matter is that Clark won't be able to attend Game 6 to cheer on the Pacers.
