ROCK HILL, S.C. - It was a good week for University of Louisville basketball targets at the NBA Players Association Top 100 camp.
U of L head coach Pat Kelsey and three assistant coaches spent time at the event, which featured around 100 of the top players in the Class of 2026 and '27 for four days of skills and competition at the Rock Hill Sports and Events Center. The college coaches were allowed to watch on Wednesday and Thursday.
The campers were paired into 12 different teams, and the teams played two games on Wednesday, two more on Thursday, and one on Friday.
There were also speakers at the camp on various topics, including sessions for the parents of the players. Each of the teams were coached by former NBA players or by former college coaches, including one that was coached by former Kentucky head coach Tubby Smith.
Kelsey and his staff were watching many prospects.
Cardinal Authority was at the event and has this recap of the targets that the Louisville coaching staff was evaluating.
