Kevin Durant, once again, has found himself in the middle of NBA talks around the league.
His days in Phoenix are seemingly behind him, and the trade conversations are running rampant.
Cases have been made for several teams around the league, as many organizations believe they are the right fit for Durant, either in the long or short term.
He can only end up with one team, and Magic Johnson recently appeared on “First Take” to give his opinion on who that team should be.
“I like him, if he can come here, to the Knicks,” Johnson said.

Johnson believes the New York Knicks are the top option for Durant, if for nothing else than to help Jalen Brunson in the fourth quarter.
He mentioned that Brunson was great at getting the Knicks most of the way to clutch victories, but he couldn’t carry them by himself.
This is where Durant could come in.
He’s a player with years of experience, both in the regular and postseason, and would add a second sure-handed player to this lineup.
The Knicks have other pieces, including Karl-Anthony Towns, who showed a lot of promise this season, but even he wasn’t enough to help bring this team to the promised land.
Durant might not have many years left in the league, but if he can help the Knicks win a title in the next few seasons, that would be a major win for a historic franchise.
There are still a lot of potential teams on Durant’s radar, so it will be interesting to see which he ends up with.
