First a wedding. Now, a hockey game?
For most of the offseason Kansas City Chiefs' star tight end Travis Kelce and pop music icon Taylor Swift have kept a low profile. But as training camp approaches, the appearances are increasing.
The couple attending the wedding of Kelce's cousin in Tennessee last week, and this week showed up as hockey fans attending Game 4 of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals in Florida. They witnessed another exciting game in the series, with the Edmonton Oilers winning in overtime to tie the Finals at two games each.
Swift isn’t currently on tour, having wrapped up her record-breaking Eras Tour in December 2024. Kelce, meanwhile, is preparing for his 13th season as the Chiefs. He is skipping OTAs to spend time with Swift.
It's still news when the couple shows up out and about, and one some even speculated about them being married after a wedding invitation was addressed to "Travis & Taylor Kelce." Kelce is coming off one the least productive seasons of his career, and there are rumors this could be last in the NFL before retirement.
The Chiefs will kick off their 2025 regular season on September 5, against the Los Angeles Chargers. That game will be held in São Paulo, Brazil. Their home opener is set for September 14, a Super Bowl rematch against the Philadelphia Eagles.
