Emerging star to withdraw from NBA Draft

Perth Wildcats free agent Ben Henshall is set to withdraw from the NBA Draft, his agent has confirmed.

The news was announced by ESPN’s Jonathan Givony on Sunday, opening the door for a return to the NBL for the emerging star.

Henshall is one of the brightest young talents in Australia and will no doubt be highly sought after both domestically and abroad.

The 20-year-old made a major leap in NBL25, boosting his averages to 9.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists, while his court time jumped from six minutes to 24 per game.
