Milwaukee Bucks: NBA Reporter Makes Shocking Revelation About How Bucks Fumbled 2022 Pick

Milwaukee Bucks have not been doing that great in the NBA draft since 2013 when they picked Giannis Antetokounmpo as 15th overall. Add 2022 to the list of the the draft selection where they could have done better.

Andrew Nembhard has been tearing it up for the Indiana Pacers in this year’s playoffs as a key role player, including against the Bucks in the first round. He is one of the main revelations this postseason. Regretfully for the Bucks, it should have been them benefitting from the skills that the 31st overall pick is displaying.

NBA reporter Zach Lowe revealed on Saturday that Nembhard worked out with the Bucks but they chose Marjon Beauchamp instead with their 24th pick. Beauchamp is no longer with the team and not even in the NBA now.

“[And] they worked out Nembhard I think twice. Love Nembhard. All over Nembhard. From what I heard he even had to cancel a Pacers work out because he had to go back and work out with the Bucks because the Bucks are picking seven spots ahead of the Pacers,” Lowe said.

Andrew Nembhard has grudge on Milwaukee Bucks

Nembhard scored at least 13 points in the last 10 games he played against Milwaukee. In the first round, he averaged 15 ppg against them.

He played well against the Wisconsin-based team and according to Lowe, he was fueled by the way he was abandoned by the team.

“They passed on him and they took on Marjon Beauchamp,” he said in the podcast.

“And Nembhard, who is an absolute MFer, competitor, like icy as hell. Wants to kill you. Has never ever forgotten about it and wants revenge on the Bucks all the time. It’s like an underrated little piece of the Bucks-Pacers rivalry.”

Right now, Nembhard is successful with his revenge as his team was able to eliminate the Bucks in a competition already – twice in the playoffs and one in the NBA Cup.

He can do the most sharp revenge by winning the NBA title with the Pacers in one week.
