Newcastle United right-back Tino Livramento has been on Manchester City’s radar for a while now.
Manchester City rate Livramento highly and believe he would be the “perfect” replacement for Kyle Walker, who looks set to bid farewell to the Etihad Stadium in the summer.
But Livramento’s future has been uncertain as from Newcastle United’s perspective, they have no reason to part ways with him after qualifying for the Champions League.
The Magpies defender, 22, seems like the perfect fit for Pep Guardiola’s system as he is a brilliant technician, solid in one-v-one situations and dangerous in the final third.

Tino Livramento does not want to leave Newcastle despite Man City interest
Tino Livramento is one of the Premier League’s best full-backs and much like Walker, Manchester City could be making a move for the Englishman at a stage of his career where he is established and ready to impact proceedings now.
Journalist Craig Hope has revealed that Eddie Howe has made it clear that he would like to keep the youngster at Newcastle.

In February, Howe publicly confirmed he wanted to keep Livramento but he seems to have made his intentions clear behind the scenes as well.

Manchester City have monitored Livramento for ages but the player himself has shown no desire to leave St. James’ Park this summer.
Man City interested in signing French right-back who played with Rayan Cherki
Manchester City are eyeing Kiliann Sildillia to reinforce the right-back position.
The Sky Blues have been scouting Sildillia for months now, who played 12 times with Rayan Cherki in France’s U-21 side.

Livramento is far more established than the 23-year-old, despite being a year younger and perhaps would be the dream target within the Manchester City fanbase as well.
But like any top club, City will have to have alternatives in place as it is imperative for them to sign a new right-back.
