Outgoings are a must in order for Manchester United to properly rebuild this summer.
The lack of Champions League football, amid the club’s ongoing struggles, mean United must sell to fund key signings in order to properly rebuild under Ruben Amorim.
Several high-profile names are being assessed for sale or loan.
Especially those who haven’t consistently delivered over recent years.
One of those is Rasmus Hojlund.

The Dane had shown flashes of promises in his first season under Erik ten Hag, scoring 16 goals in all competitions in 2023/24.
However, he has ultimately failed to justify his hefty fee since joining from Atalanta.
Staff at United have lost patience in Hojlund throughout last season.
And now, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan have accelerated talks to sign the Danish striker.
Hojlund has already given the green light to the move, according to Gazzetta.

The report states that Nerazzurri are working on a loan deal with an option to buy, as they look to bring in a forward capable of playing alongside Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram.
While United are currently asking for around €45 million to sanction a permanent transfer, Inter are hoping to reduce that up-front burden by structuring a deal that delays the full purchase.
One option discussed is a higher-value loan that postpones the permanent transfer until 2026.
Thus, giving Inter Milan more financial flexibility while keeping United on track to recoup their investment.
Talks are ongoing between intermediaries across the UK, US, and Italy, with the situation developing as United weigh up how to reshape their squad before the PSR deadline.
Juventus may now lose out in their pursuit for Hojlund, considering they were in talks with United for a swap deal not long ago.
