Ruben Amorim will want to put his own stamp on his Manchester United squad this summer.
A mass overhaul is expected at Manchester United over the summer after a disappointing 2024/25 campaign which saw the Red Devils finish trophyless and 15th in the Premier League.
Having added Patrick Dorgu and Ayden Heaven in January, Amorim’s first deal of the summer was the £62.5m signing of Matheus Cunha from Wolves.
United remain in talks for Bryan Mbeumo and are calling Viktor Gyokeres ‘daily’, but Ineos also need to get to work clearing out some of United’s underperforming stars.
One area that could see a lot of change this summer is the goalkeeping department.

Ruben Amorim set to make major Andre Onana call
United are in talks with Tom Heaton over a new contract, but both Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir could leave this summer.
Onana was dropped by Amorim last season after a string of mistakes, while Bayindir failed to impress when given a chance as a starter.
Now, Onana has not ruled out leaving United this summer with Ineos scouring the market for potential new No.1s.

Erik ten Hag was criticised for signing his Ajax players at United and while Onana was signed for £47m from Inter Milan, they had previously worked together at the Dutch club.
Onana was brought in to improve United’s passing and control in possession, but his tendency to make errors has been a cause for concern.
If Amorim makes the call to sell Onana this summer, it would be a huge step away from the side Erik ten Hag was building at Old Trafford and would allow the Portuguese head coach to put his own stamp on the side.
Three goalkeepers Man United could sign this summer
Previous reports have suggested that Amorim wants two new goalkeepers at United and that could still be the case if both Onana and Bayindir leave this summer.
Amorim will want experience and leadership at the back and United have been linked with Emiliano Martinez, a proven Premier League star and World Cup winner.
Alternatively, United have shown interest in Gianluigi Donnarumma following his Champions League success with Paris Saint-Germain.

The Red Devils have tracked Donnarumma since his days in Milan, and if a bargain opportunity arises then Ineos could pounce.
Finally, United could beat Newcastle to James Trafford amid reports that the Burnley goalkeeper could be available for £30 million.
