ITV were forced to apologise less than half-an-hour into their coverage of Soccer Aid at Old Trafford after former boxer Tyson Fury swore prior to revealing the England starting XI.
Fury, alongside the likes of Wayne Rooney, Harry Redknapp and Vicky McClure, is part of the England management team as they aim to defend their Soccer Aid crown against a star-studded World XI.
Fury, alongside Redknapp, took centre stage in the home dressing room at Old Trafford to reveal the England starting XI for the UNICEF charity match, with the team news being revealed to the former footballers and celebrities live.
However, the former boxer left host Alex Scott with no choice but to apologise for his language once he and Redknapp had finished revealing the team.
Starting his team talk, Fury said: "There is a 75,00 sell-out. UNICEF is a great cause. Let's never forget these Three Lions on the floor. Let them know how good we are.
"We are England. We are f*****g spartans."
Fury's colourful language prompted laughter from everyone inside the dressing room, but it was inevitable that Scott, who sat down alongside the players inside the dressing room would be left with no choice but to apologise.
However, Fury and Redknapp were allowed to reveal the full team ahead of her apologising for Fury's language. Former Manchester United trio Gary Neville, Michael Carrick and Rooney, who is operating in a player-manager role this evening, have each been named in the starting XI.
Former Manchester City and England goalkeeper Joe Hart has also made the starting XI and starts between the posts.
