Everton are exploring a deal to sign Manchester City winger Jack Grealish this summer transfer window.
Jack Grealish is of interest to David Moyes after it’s become apparent he will be leaving Manchester City this summer.
Pep Guardiola has brutally excluded Jack Grealish from City’s Club World Cup squad, so he’s been given additional time to negotiate his exit.
It’s understood Everton would have to pay at least £50m to reach an agreement and on top of that, his substantial wages.
The England international earns around £300,000-a-week, so any forthcoming deal would require a huge financial commitment from the Friedkin Group.
So, for that reason, the Toffees should focus all their attention on a £38m winger who David Moyes already has his eye on.

Everton should sign Antonio Nusa instead of Jack Grealish
A Grealish transfer would take a hefty chunk out of Moyes’ budget, so the club should seriously consider a deal to sign RB Leipzig’s Antonio Nusa instead.
Multiple sources have confirmed that Everton are interested in Nusa, who is valued at around £38m by RB Leipzig.

The jet-heeled winger is nine years younger than 29-year-old Grealish, and is already producing impressive numbers in Germany.
Nusa registered 12 goal involvements in just 23 starts, which is a commendable tally given it was his first season in one of Europe’s top five leagues.
Such form has alerted the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Newcastle United and Aston Villa, so competition is rife for his signature.
Nusa has been compared to Neymar Jr
Nusa is a two-footed winger and is full of tricks, which is why he’s earned comparisons to Brazilian superstar Neymar Jr, as per The Athletic.
The Norway international admitted he used to watch the former Barcelona playmaker on YouTube, trying to learn and imitate his best actions.
Naturally, because of Nusa’s nationality, Erling Haaland comparisons have been banded around, too, although their play style is totally different.
If Everton were able to pull of a deal, it’d be a real statement of intent and certainly a better use of funds compared to the potential Grealish transfer.
