WORCESTERSHIRE Rapids suffered back-to-back T20 Blast defeats against Lancashire Lightning and Leicestershire Foxes.
The Rapids lost by seven wickets against Lancashire at New Road before slipping to a six-wicket defeat against the Foxes at Grace Road.
The results mean Worcestershire sit seventh in the T20 Blast North Group table.
Against Lancashire, Worcestershire struggled with the bat as openers Brett D’Oliveira (0) and Ed Pollock (2) both fell inside the first seven deliveries.
And Jake Libby (15), Ethan Brookes (10) and Adam Hose (15) all fell cheaply to leave the Rapids in trouble on 46-5.
However, Gareth Roderick (35) and Ben Dwarshuis (21) built a solid partnership to push the home side close to the 100-run mark.
A late burst from Jacob Duffy (24) helped the Rapids reach 143 all out as James Anderson (3-32) and Luke Wood (3-34) both claimed three wickets apiece.
The Rapids took an early wicket with the ball as Tom Taylor (1-26) accounted for Luke Wells (5) in the third over.
However, Keaton Jennings (42) and Matthew Hurst (28) steadily guided Lancashire towards the required total.
Dwarshuis (1-27) claimed the wicket of Hurst before Matthew Waite (1-23) claimed the scalp of Jennings before he could reach a half-century.
However, Liam Livingstone (41 not out) hit four sixes in a 22-ball knock and combined with Ashton Turner (22 not out) to seal a comfortable seven-wicket win with 15 balls to spare.
And the Rapids struggled with the bat again against Leicestershire in a six-wicket defeat.
Worcestershire lost opener Pollock (12) in the second over before Libby (6) fell cheaply.
A fine 29-ball innings from Roderick (49) put the Rapids in a good position while Hose (25) fell with the visitors just one-run shy of the 100-mark.
And despite a late rally from Taylor (20 not out) the Foxes restricted Worcestershire to 150-8 at the end of their 20 overs as Ben Mike (3-14) starred with the ball.
Foxes openers Rishi Patel (26) and Sol Budinger (30) put on a 48-run first-wicket stand before Dwarshuis (1-37) accounted for the latter.
Fateh Singh (1-26) eventually claimed the wicket of Patel as Shan Masood (26) and Rehan Ahmed (25) continued to push the home side towards the required total.
Waite (1-12) accounted for Masood while Tom Hinley (1-34) claimed the scalp of Ahmed soon after.
However, Louis Kimber (26 not out) and Ben Cox (14 not out) blasted Leicestershire to victory with 17 balls and six wickets to spare.
Worcestershire are next in action against Durham on Wednesday, June 18 with the game to start at 5.30pm at New Road.
