The Friedkin Group have not been the owners of Everton for too long, but they have already changed plenty for the better.
Since completing a takeover at Goodison Park at the end of 2024, the Merseyside outfit looks like a completely new club.
The reappointment of David Moyes proved to be a stroke of genius as he turned things around on the pitch, guiding the Toffees to a 13th-place finish in the Premier League.
Now the boss is preparing for his first proper transfer window since rejoining the Blues alongside new CEO Angus Kinnear, hoping to push Everton even further next term.

Friedkin Group have perfect set-up at Everton
After what has been a torrid few seasons for Everton, supporters are looking ahead to much better times on Merseyside under the new owners.
MORE TOFFEES STORIES
Although the improvement on the pitch will be plenty for the fans for now, The Friedkin Group are set to push things even further this summer.
Naturally, the owners will have an eye on PSR regulations, ensuring they keep the Blues in a sustainable position to grow.

Everton want to push even further next season.
However, this is the first transfer window in some time that Everton can spend serious money on players and bring fresh faces in to revitalise their side.
Speaking to the Liverpool Echo (16 June), former Blues captain Alan Stubbs has admitted that he thinks the infrastructure now in place on Merseyside puts his old side in a perfect position.
He said: “They haven’t had to rush decisions. It’s given them a bit of time, and I think that’s absolutely perfect for where Everton are.
“What it will do, and I think this is really important for the Everton fans, is that the owners have got real confidence now to back the manager. They’ll be thinking we like what we see, and that’s crucial.
“They’ve brought Angus [Kinnear] in as chief executive and gone with a different approach in terms of getting rid of the post for director of football and going more strategic in terms of putting in people who are more pivotal in terms of their departments, rather than having one guy who oversees all of it.
“I think it’s been really clever and it could be one of those if this works for Everton, other clubs might say I like that model and follow suit.”

Moyes knows what he wants for Everton future
Although Kevin Thelwell deserves plenty of credit for the work he did during a really difficult spell at Goodison Park, the new set-up should be better for Everton.
As a starting point, like Stubbs points out, it takes away a middleman and allows Moyes to work quite closely with Kinnear, being hands-on when it comes to transfers.
Unsurprisingly, the Scotsman has earned plenty of trust thanks to his tenure so far, and those above him will certainly back his ability to make the decisions that can push the Toffees further.
The boss has made it clear that he is looking to lower the average age of his squad and provide a boost of new energy as he wants his side to push further up the table.
It’s a big summer ahead, but the plan is clear and it could well pay off the way Everton are hoping.
