Manchester City have been the busiest club in the Premier League this summer when it comes to recruitment.
Hugo Viana has impressed Manchester City fans in his first window as Director of Football at the Etihad Stadium, quickly negotiating the signings of Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Cherki and Rayan Ait-Nouri.
Marcus Bettinelli was also signed from Chelsea as a replacement for Scott Carson, as well as Norwegian gem Sverre Nypan from Rosenborg.
It means Pep Guardiola has seen his senior squad bolstered quite significantly, but Viana has also made sure to consider the next generation at Manchester City with the signing of Mahamadou Sangare from PSG now complete as well.
Manchester City seal Mahamadou Sangare deal
RMC Sport now state that Manchester City have wrapped up the signing of the 18-year-old.
Viana struck an agreement to sign Sangare at the beginning of May, although the free transfer hinged on the teenager passing a medical.

Manchester City fans might not see Sangare in the first-team next season due to the presence of Erling Haaland, but the Dionkoulane-born wonderkid represents an exciting addition nonetheless, given his immense record at youth level for PSG.
The striker impressively netted 42 goals in just 46 appearances for the PSG U19 side during his time in France, also providing four assists.
Mahamadou Sangare has been compared to Ousmane Dembele
Mohamed Sissoko – formerly of PSG, Liverpool and Juventus – works as an advisor to Sangare, and recently made some interesting comments about the youngster when speaking on the RMC podcast, including a comparison to Ballon d’Or favourite Ousmane Dembele.

Sissoko said: “I see him as a true number nine, but it’s true that he’s also pretty good on the wings. It depends on the system the coach implements, but in a 4-4-2, I put him in the two strikers and on one wing in a 4-3-3.
“He has a preferred zone, which is on the right side of the pitch, to finish with his left foot. He has this ability to finish, to be in the box… like Ousmane Dembele against Liverpool.”
Dembele just scored 33 goals and provided 15 assists in 49 appearances to help PSG win the treble last season, so if Sangare does behold similar potential, Manchester City might have a diamond on their hands.
