Sweden international Benjamin Nygren is a player attracting interest from differet European clubs. His valuation at Transfermarkt at this time is €6.00m. The 23 year old forward made his full international debut in three months ago in a friendly 1–0 loss against Luxembourg. He scored his first international game goal three days later in another friendly 5–1 win against Northern Ireland. He has scored 2 goals 3 three games for Sweden, so far.
He is playing his club football in the Danish Superliga with Nordsjælland. He joined them from Genk in 2022. He has earlier represented IFK Goteborg and Heerenveen. His goalscoring ratio in the Danish league is interesting reading.
Nygren has been chased by Celtic for a period of time. It all looks as if they will pull of another bargain, being able to snatch this special player for as little as €6.00m. His contract at Nordsjælland experies at the end of the year.
Leicester do have options on the flank. But recent news about Stephy Mavididi and a potential move to Serie A could have triggered Leicester to check out Nygren. Mavididi is earlier heard saying he has no desire of leaving Leicester, being happy with life at the moment.

Leicester are first and for all eager to get a solution to their top attacking option. Patson Daka and Jordan Ayew are two obvious candidates at the club. Stephy Mavididi and Kasey McAteer are other players who can play up front. They are among those under contract at the club.
