Ekitike signs, Mbeumo deal: Manchester United dream line up as summer transfer window reopens - …

Manchester United have a lot of work to do in the summer transfer window as they look to reinforce their squad under head coach Ruben Amorim. Matheus Cunha was officially confirmed as the first summer signing a week ago, as he completed a £62.5 million move from Wolves.

Amorim would also like to add another attacking midfielder to his side, with a preference for players who are already proven in the Premier League. United saw an opening bid rejected for Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo and are still favourites to sign him despite genuine interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

United are also exploring various options in attack as they look to sign a proven goalscorer, while Amorim wants to strengthen in central midfield, wing-back and in goal. Player sales will be crucial if they are to address all of those issues, and here is a look at what the United line up could be in the dream scenario that they manage to do all of that.
