WWE SmackDown saw a decrease in viewership on June 13 while going head-to-head with game 4 of the NBA Finals.
According to Wrestlenomics, SmackDown averaged 1.401 million viewers on Friday. The show drew a 0.38 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is down from last week’s episode, when an average of 1.424 million viewers tuned in. The demo also dropped from last week’s show (0.42 rating in the same demographic).

What happened on WWE SmackDown this week?
This week’s show kicked off with a promo from John Cena. He was interrupted by Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and LA Knight before being attacked from behind by R-Truth.
Randy Orton defeated LA Knight, Carmelo Hayes, and Aleister Black to advance in the King of the Ring tournament.
Elsewhere on the show, Alexa Bliss and Jade Cargill won their respective fatal four-way matches to advance in the Queen of the Ring tournament.
In the main event of the evening, Cody Rhodes won a fatal four-way over Andrade, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Damian Priest to advance in the King of the Ring tournament.
