The Uruguayan has found himself out of favor under new head coach Arne Slot. He has started just 17 games and none in the last 11. That has got serious interest from several top clubs. Napoli are among the frontrunners at the moment. This comes especially after initiating contact last week, alongside Federico Chiesa.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are open to letting the striker go this transfer window. They will be ready to listen to offers if they are in the region of £60m.
