Wolves have had a busy start to the summer in terms of outgoings, but the first new addition could now only be days away.
Fans know this is a huge window for the club, because Vitor Pereira has the potential to take this club back to the good times.
But Wanderers have just lost two key players in Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri, so Fosun – with the help of a newly restructured recruitment team – have work to do.

It was suggested recently that ‘the penny has dropped’ for Wolves executives, who now want to take a different approach this summer regarding transfers.
The hope is that some ready-made stars will arrive to help Wolves fly.
But Wolves’ first signing of the summer looks to be someone who might be more of a prospect – although a very talented one at that.
Wolves are set to sign Fer Lopez from Celta Vigo – and Pereira has been handed another very exciting verdict.

Lopez should complete his move to Wolves for a fee in the region of £20 million, with personal terms already agreed.
MORE WOLVES STORIES
The Spaniard is a hugely talented young attacking midfielder, who only made his first-team debut for Celta last October.
A former mentor of Lopez tried to bet on him making Spain’s 2026 World Cup squad, and really talked up his talent and intelligence.
And another former coach of Lopez has also drawn a very exciting comparison indeed.
Ryan Owens, who had Lopez training with Bacton United when he was just 14, said (via Sky Sports): “He reminds me of Riyad Mahrez. The ball just sticks to his feet. From Bacton to La Liga to the Premier League.”
Mahrez, of course, is a player famous for his remarkable technical quality, with dribbling and close ball control two of his best attributes.
The Algerian, who won five Premier League titles, played from the right side for Manchester City and Leicester City, and it is expected Lopez will operate as a right 10 for Wolves.

Lopez could be fun to watch for Wolves fans
It’s going to be fascinating watching Lopez for Wolves.
By many accounts now, he is someone with huge potential, and a player with real technical ability.
Seemingly he is a silky and elegant player with good dribbling and ball-carrying quality, and the Sky feature also talks up his love of a nutmeg on opposition players.
He will need time to settle in.
But it’s set to be a positive signing for Wolves, who certainly need someone like this following the departure of Pablo Sarabia.
