Toronto Raptors was once linked to Giannis Antetokounmpo but that rumor has probably died down already with the Milwaukee Bucks star declaring that he wants to go to the NBA finals again with his current team.

Good thing it did not happen or else, Bobby Portis will throw up.
The Bucks big man was at the ‘Run it Back’ podcast with Michelle Beadle, Chandler Parsons, and Lou Williams and was asked about the possibility of the Greek Freak playing for a different team.
Portis, who he himself is facing a major decision, said he saw one edit that put his teammate in another color and thought it was weird to see.
“Would you really want to see Giannis in Toronto as a basketball fan? You know what I’m saying?” he told his hosts.

“I saw those jersey swaps this week on Bleacher Report and all that, but come on. Would you really want to see him on a different team? Sure, if I’m playing 2K, that’s one thing. Move him around, put him on different teams, cool. But in real life? A No. 34 Giannis jersey in Toronto? That would just look weird. So me personally? Nah, man. I don’t really see any movement happening.”
He then declared that he thinks Giannis is staying put.
Bobby Portis doubled down on Giannis Antetokounmpo’s future
Before using Raptors as an example, Portis also explained why the two-time MVP is meant to stay in Wisconsin.
He said it is more logical to think that Antetokounmpo won’t leave the Bucks organization because of how the superstar is made. This includes his loyalty and the lifestyle he chose.
He already said this in early May.

“Ultimately, when you’ve been on a team for a decade-plus, and when you’ve done so much for a city—low-key, like, basketball in Milwaukee wasn’t really a thing until Giannis became who he is,” Portis said.
So when you put that much effort into a franchise, that much trust and belief, and you’ve been loyal for so long… Like I said—my whole point—I just feel like he bleeds green, man.”
