Chelsea opened our FIFA Club World Cup campaign with a confident victory over LAFC and here are some of our favourite photos from our perfect start to the tournament.
The Blues were on top from start to finish at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium against Major League Soccer opposition LAFC, who had former Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud in their ranks.
From the moment Pedro Neto fired us into a first-half lead with a brilliant turn and clinical finish after being played in by Nicolas Jackson, it never looked in doubt that the Blues supporters in Atlanta, Georgia would be celebrating in the stands at the final whistle.
They had more to be excited about in the second half too, as Dario Essugo and Liam Delap both came off the bench to make their debuts, the latter providing a pinpoint cross for fellow substitute Enzo Fernandez to turn in a composed second Blues goal from close range.
As the squad returns to our group-stage base in Philadelphia to prepare to do it all again in our next match, relive an excellent 2-0 win in our opening game with our favourite photos below...
