Dibling could be on the hunt for a move in the summer transfer window after the Saints were relegated to the Championship. The England youth international burst onto the scene in the top flight this season, and his undoubtedly one of the most talented players to come through the Southampton academy in recent years.

Dibling, described as a 'superstar' by Danny Murphy,, is wanted by 'half of Europe' according to Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg. It's no surprise considering the vast potential Dibling has, and it's safe to say we've not even seen the best from him yet.
The Southampton youngster struggled with production in the final third during the 2024/2025 season, but he was playing for one of the worst teams in Premier League history. The talent is clear for everyone to see, and he could be a smart addition for Liverpool.
The Reds recently tied down Mohamed Salah to a new contract with his previous deal set to expire this summer. Dibling could be an ideal long-term replacement for the Egyptian, learning and developing with him for a few years before taking over.
