According to The Athletic, the Blues have Jamie Gittens as the top winger target. He is joined by Mohammed Kudus. On the other hand, the West London club have Hugo Ekitike as top striker target. He is joined by Joao Pedro.
Gittens is 20 year old and plays for Borussia Dortmund. He is said to have agreed personal terms with the Blues. Incase the Blues miss out on him, they may switch their attention quickly to Kudus. Kudus is 24 years old and plays for West Ham United.
Chelsea are keen to sign Hugo Ekitike due to his versatality. He is 22 years old and plays for Frankfurt. But, the German club wants €100 million for him which has been the stumbling block in his pursuit. On the other hand, Joao Pedro also has similar style of play. He plays for Brighton and is 23 years old.
