Every England Soccer Aid player’s shirt up for auction - Man Utd icon Rooney 3rd

Soccer Aid 2025 was a roaring success, with fans inside Old Trafford and watching from home thoroughly entertained by a goal-filled classic on the pitch. More importantly, a staggering £15.28 million was raised for UNICEF, with that money all going towards a good cause.

Those involved in the event are still doing their bit to add to the already enormous pot of money raised for the charity. Every single player, and even the coaching staff, have put their match-worn shirt up for auction with their signature.

This is to try and raise further funds for UNICEF, and it's certainly working, with some eye-watering bids already being placed for the jerseys of the biggest ex-footballers and celebrities. Wayne Rooney was the biggest name on the pitch football-wise, but the Manchester United hero's top is a long way from being the most expensive currently.

Louis Tomlinson running away with it

Rooney returned to Old Trafford and, of course, he found the back of the net in the first-half. Was there ever any doubt United's all-time top scorer would find the net? The adoring fans inside the ground were overjoyed to see Wazza strutting his stuff once again, but he wasn't the most popular participant on the England side.

While Rooney's shirt has already accumulated a bid of £1917 at the time of writing, that figure pales in comparison to two of his teammates. Louis Tomlinson - formerly of One Direction fame - has the strongest following of anyone to take to the field on Sunday evening. His match-worn shirt is nearing the £10,000 mark already (currently £8348).

Sitting in second place is Game of Thrones star Bella Ramsey. The 21-year-old has overtaken Rooney with the bid for her shirt standing at £2416. Elsewhere, popular YouTuber and streamer, Angry Ginge, is the only other Team England player to have broken the £1000 mark.
