Lucas Nygaard played his first match at Euro U19 and kept a clean sheet as Denmark beat Montenegro 5-0 in Bucharest.
After losing the opening match to holders Spain, the Danes bounced back in style as Villum Berthelsen opened the scoring before Mike Themsen and Jonathan Agyekum scored two goals each.
The result was Denmark's first ever win at the U19 European Championships and leaves them in second place in Group A, level on points with hosts Romania in third place. Those sides face off in the final matchday of the group, with the winner joining Spain in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile in Group B, Tommy Setford played the full 90 minutes in England remarkable 5-5 draw against Germany.
The Young Lions found themselves 5-1 down after 48 minutes thanks to goals from Noah Darvich, Max Moerstedt, Leopold Wurm and a double from Said El Mala. But Will Antwi's side made a stirring comeback, netting four times in 11 second half minutes to level the scoring and snatch a point.
England currently sit in second place in the table on two points and will face Netherlands, who have already qualified for the last four, in the final match.
