Liverpool have been handed a tricky schedule at the start of the 2025/26 Premier League season.
They will start their league campaign with a home game against Bournemouth on Friday, August 15.
Liverpool then face Newcastle United in their first away game before hosting Arsenal in their second home match.

Regarding fixtures against the ‘traditional big six,’ Liverpool host rivals Manchester United on October 18, while they face Ruben Amorim’s side at Old Trafford on May 2.
They travel to Chelsea on October 4 and face the Blues at home on May 9.
The fixtures against Manchester City will take place at Etihad Stadium on November 8 and at Anfield on February 7.
Liverpool will travel to Tottenham Hotspur on December 20, and the reverse fixture is scheduled for March 14.
The first Merseyside derby will be held at Anfield on September 20, and the return fixture is scheduled for April 18.
Arne Slot’s side’s last six fixtures are tough, as they will face Everton, Man United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa during that period.
They also face Merseyside rivals Everton, as well as Crystal Palace and Brentford within that time.
The Reds won the league comfortably last season and will aim to win the title for the second consecutive season.
The defending champions have been active in the transfer window. They have signed Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen and agreed on a deal for his teammate Florian Wirtz.

Liverpool are still in the market for a new striker. They have been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitike, who is also on the radar of Chelsea and Manchester United.
