Manchester City will begin their Premier League campaign with a trip to Wolves, as Guardiola’s side aim to bounce back after a trophyless season.
Manchester City’s start to the Premier League season is anything but simple. After Wolves, they host Tottenham and travel to Brighton before meeting Manchester United and Arsenal back to back.
A high-stakes clash against Liverpool at the Etihad will take place on November 8, with the reverse fixture at Anfield falling on February 7, a match that will see Omar Marmoush face Egypt teammate Mohamed Salah in one of the campaign’s most anticipated matchups.
However, from December 21 to January 18 Marmoush could miss up to 7 league matches due to the AFCON taking place at the same time.
