Leeds United will hope to have Manor Solomon back next season after his successful spell on loan from Tottenham.
The Israel winger starred in Daniel Farke‘s side in their promotion campaign, notching 10 goals and 12 assists for the Whites.
There were hopes that Spurs would be willing to allow Leeds to purchase Solomon for a fee in the region of £15million.
However, that has been thrown into turmoil after Ange Postecoglou was sacked by the Europa League winners.

Leeds have nervous wait for Tottenham Solomon stance
Leeds face a nervous wait to see whether the Israel international will be allowed to leave the Lilywhites, or if new boss Thomas Frank wants to keep him around.
MORE LEEDS STORIES
Reports suggested earlier this week that Solomon was set to play a part of pre-season with Tottenham before any decision is made on his future in an unexpected twist.
Iconic commentator and Premier League expert Ian Darke believes that the Whites need to find out if the former Fulham man will be available sooner rather than later, and Frank will likely already be holding talks over the player’s future.
Speaking exclusively to MOT Leeds News, he said: *“All the plates are up in the sky again with Frank coming in. He will be sitting down as we speak, asking ‘who have we got here, who went out on loan, do we want to keep him?*‘
“He may have a different view. He may be a player he thinks he wants to use, they will ascertain fairly quickly, Leeds, what the state of play is with Frank and his team.
“There is a lot of change behind the scenes at Spurs. They will be hoping that he isn’t particularly part of Frank’s plans and that they are prepared to do some business.”

Leeds need Solomon resolution quickly
The Elland Road outfit need an end to the Solomon saga rapidly, because if he is not available and Frank wants to keep him around, they will need to move on to alternative targets for the wing.
If they leave it too late and then it turns out that Spurs do not want to sell, they may miss out on their preferred alternative and have to settle for a lesser player.
Farke and Co. cannot afford that. They need to get their top targets if they are to have any chance of surviving in the top flight.
