Crystal Palace have made contact with Evann Guessand's representatives over a summer move to Selhurst Park, according to TBR Football.
The Eagles are preparing for their first season in European competition in 2025/26 after winning the FA Cup for the first time in their history, and manager Oliver Glasner is looking to strengthen the squad to ensure they can stay competitive.
Jean-Philippe Mateta and Eddie Nketiah are the current striker options the boss at his disposal, but the club have made moves to strengthen the position further by bringing in Guessand.

With question marks over the long-term future of top-scorer Mateta amid interest from the likes of Manchester United, Palace are in the market for potential striker options and Guessand has emerged as a candidate.
The 23-year-old, who has been described as 'elite', is expected to leave OGC Nice after a hugely successful campaign in Ligue 1 where he scored 12 goals and registered eight assists. Several clubs are in the mix for his signature, including Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce, and Palace are ready to enter the race.
The club have held talks with his agents about his situation for the summer transfer window, and while the most likely option is currently a move to Turkey, a move to the Premier League does also appeal to the Ivory Coast international.

It's unclear how much Nice would demand for the striker, but Palace are likely to be able to compete financially if they decide to push ahead with a move.
It's also been reported elsewhere that the south London club are also paying close attention to France Under-21 star Thierno Barry as they consider potential options to replace Mateta, although the 27-year-old is believed to be edging closer to signing a new contract with the club.
