Everton are facing a huge summer as the Friedkins aim to propel the club forward.
One player has already been added to David Moyes’ squad, with Carlos Alcaraz retained on a permanent deal.
The summer window has also been put on hold slightly as Everton await the final contract decisions from some of their players.
Everton hope Idrissa Gana Gueye will stay and sign a new contract to extend his stay beyond the summer.
It is becoming clear most of Everton’s out-of-contract players will actually depart, which has created a huge amount of work to be done.
And that is not considering the players whom the club could potentially look to sell, with Jarrad Branthwaite receiving interest from elsewhere.

Everton receiving interest in Jarrad Branthwaite
Tottenham are keen to sign Branthwaite this summer as they risk losing Cristian Romero following Ange Postecoglou’s sacking.
But the north London outfit are not the only side looking to sign Branthwaite in the Premier League.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Speaking on TalkSPORT, Alex Crook has now shared what he has heard from those inside Everton about the future of their 22-year-old defender.
“Jarrad Branthwaite has been mentioned as someone who could come in and bolster Tottenham’s defence,” he said.
“The messages I’m getting out of Everton are a very firm: ‘He’s not for sale this summer.’
“David Moyes wants to build their future around keeping Branthwaite. So, it would take a massive offer from Tottenham to prise him away.”
It has been suggested Branthwaite is happy at Everton despite the interest coming in from some of the league’s ‘big six’.
Although Everton fans will not want to consider the prospect of Branthwaite leaving this summer, every possibility does have to be planned for.
Could Tottenham engineer Branthwaite deal through Richarlison
It is understood Everton are keen to re-sign Richarlison this summer, with his Tottenham future up in the air.
Whether fans would be open to a potential trade deal with Spurs for Branthwaite will certainly provide a mixed response, but some may be open to it.
Everton value Branthwaite at £80m with the likes of Spurs, Chelsea and Manchester United keen to land his signature.
The valuation is likely to scare clubs away, but could Spurs offer a Richarlison plus cash offer that could tempt those on Merseyside?
Taking Branthwaite into the Hill Dickinson Stadium feels a necessity, but a long summer is yet to unfold.
