Coming aboard are … Perrion Winfrey, 24, an All-UFL defensive tackle (who played with the New York Jets; and Robert Rochell, 27, a cornerback who is a former fourth-round pick of the Los Angeles Rams and who has experience over the years with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Green Bay Packers.
Luq Barcoo and Justin Rodgers are the two players being released to make room for the 90-man roster shuffle ahead of Cowboys training camp in Oxnard.
