The Buffalo Bills quarterback, Josh Allen, and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, are having a historic year.
In addition to saying, “I do,” during a stunning wedding ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, on May 31, they are each thriving professionally.
After playing the best football of his seven-year NFL career, Allen won the AP’s Most Valuable Player Award for the 2024-25 season. A few months later, the Bills rewarded the 29-year-old quarterback with a new contract. Allen signed a six-year, $330 million contract with a record-breaking $250 million guaranteed.
Of all his successes this past year, nothing compared to marrying Steinfeld. “I mean they’ve all been big none other than marrying my best friend,” Allen told reporters on June 10.
“And she makes everything easier, so I don’t really focus on the other stuff. That was the most important decision I’ll make in my life, and I made the right one.”
Hailee Steinfeld Shares Historic News About Her First On-Screen Film Role in 6 Years
Before Steinfeld starred in the movie “Sinners,” which premiered in April, she hadn’t appeared on screen in a movie in six years. The Oscar-nominated actress remained busy, voicing Gwen Stacy in the “Spider-Man” films and starring in multiple TV shows.
Allen visited Steinfeld on set in New Orleans while she filmed “Sinners” and joined her on the movie’s press tour. On Wednesday, June 18, the newly married star shared exciting news about her latest film on her Instagram Stories.

Blex Media reported that “Sinners” is now the highest-grossing original horror film in domestic box office history. “‘Sinners’ ($275.7) has officially surpassed ‘Jaws’ ($273.66M) to become the second-highest grossing horror film domestically, behind only ‘It’ (2017), which made $328.8M. However, since ‘It’ is a remake of a well-known IP, ‘Sinners’ now holds the top spot as the highest-grossing original horror film ever in the U.S.”
Bills QB Josh Allen Shared Multiple Photos From His Honeymoon With Hailee Steinfeld
Between a wildly successful year professionally and tying the knot, Allen and Steinfeld have a lot to celebrate. After officially becoming Mr. and Mrs, the famous couple jetted off on their honeymoon.
Allen shared a collage of photos from their honeymoon on June 17. He captioned the post, “Wifey ❤️.”
While Allen didn’t reveal their exact location, the newlyweds rock Hawaiian leis in the central picture. The Bills star and Steinfeld popped champagne on a private jet en route to their vacation, and based on the photos, Allen got his bride interested in his favorite offseason activity, golf.
Steinfeld also dropped a new collage of behind-the-scenes photos from their wedding day earlier this week. She simply captioned the post, “HUSBAND!”
She wrote in the wedding edition of her Beau Society newsletter, “Over the past two weeks, random yet very specific memories have been popping back into our heads, and we’ve been blurting them out to each other, often through smiles, laughs, and tears. In no particular order, these are the moments we can’t stop thinking about.”
