Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Gittens is a target for Chelsea with **football.london** understanding that a fresh offer is being prepared by the Blues to try and sign the England Under-21 international.
Chelsea have already reached a verbal agreement with Gittens over a transfer this summer, but still need to agree a fee with Dortmund before a move can be finalised. The Blues had a £42million offer rejected by the Bundesliga club earlier this month, with suggestions that Dortmund are seeking a fee in excess of £50million.
A fresh report from The Guardian has claimed that, while Gittens remains the No.1 target for Chelsea, the club are exploring a potential deal for West Ham star Mohammed Kudus. It has been reported that Chelsea have held talks with the Hammers about the possibility of bringing Kudus to Stamford Bridge in case they fail in their attempts to sign Gittens.
