Over the past few weeks, the Italian press, and particularly from Florence, has been pushing Manchester United as a suitor for Fiorentina’s Moise Kean.
The striker’s release clause of €52m is previously said to have attracted the attention of multiple clubs and and the local media won’t let go of the Red Devils.
Florence newspaper Corriere Fiorentino report Manchester United and AC Milan have the Italy international on their shortlist, with Saudi Arabia side Al Qadsiah offering him a wage package of €15m per season.
This amount of attention is causing doubt in the mind of the player regarding his stay at Fiorentina, even if he respects what the club has done for him in the last year or so.
According to Corriere Fiorentino, Manchester United are currently looking to sign one of the ‘super strikers’ on the market, but if that fails they can turn to Kean.
Fiorentina are hoping that the player stays despite the attention he is getting and even this report – like many in the past, feels like an attempt to drum up the idea of interest in the striker, perhaps to help get him a pay rise.
