Arsenal have been told a deal for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko will cost somewhere between £68m and £85.5m, Sky Sports News has revealed.
The Gunners remain keen on landing the Slovenia international this summer but have reportedly yet to make significant progress in talks with either the player or the club.
While Arsenal have held discussions with Leipzig and Sesko’s camp over his potential move to the Emirates, Sky Sports News claim personal terms are not yet fully agreed.
Sesko is believed to be demanding wages of around £200,000 per week at his next club, which would make him one of the top earners at the Emirates.

According to Sky Sports News, Arsenal have yet to make an official offer for Sesko but have learned about Leipzig’s demands, which could rise to as much as £85.5m this summer:
“RB Leipzig want a deal worth somewhere between £68m and £85.5m for Benjamin Sesko, that’s according to Sky in Germany.
“Arsenal are yet to make an official offer for Sesko and, although talks with Leipzig and with the player’s camp have taken place, personal terms are not fully agreed.”
Sesko was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal last summer before he signed a new five-year deal with Leipzig until June 2029.
The ‘unbelievable’ Slovenia international is now expected to depart after a career-best season in Germany, with 21 goals and six assists in 45 appearances across all competitions.
Arsenal have also earmarked Sporting Lisbon forward Viktor Gyokeres as an alternative in their search for a new number nine this summer, and a deal for the Sweden international is expected to cost a similar amount.
Sporting are reportedly demanding around €80m (£68m) for the 26-year-old striker, after he scored 97 goals in 102 appearances for the club.
